The Ember Room started in 2018 as a simple idea: serve exceptional coffee in a space that brings people together. What began as a pop-up in a converted garage has grown into Westbury's favourite neighbourhood gathering spot.
We source our beans directly from smallholder farms in Colombia, Ethiopia, and Guatemala, and roast them weekly in our on-site roastery. Every pastry is baked before dawn by our in-house kitchen team using locally milled flour and free-range eggs.
